Precision Hair opened in 1986 as a two-chair, one-person salon run by Sandy Mercante. Two decades later, the business has grown to a full-service beauty salon and wig boutique. “My biggest source of inspiration comes from a chemotherapy or alopecia clients leaving the salon smiling, despite their ordeal,” says Sandy.
Typical Customer
Our customers range from infants to 90-year-olds. Our services range from a simple hair washing to cuts, styling, perms, highlighting, hair extensions, full wigs, and men’s hairpieces.

Customer service and satisfaction is our key. We offer free consultations both in the salon and in the wig boutique.

We service clients well beyond our Newark, Delaware, area, welcoming clients from all over Delaware, including Wilmington and Dover and more points south. We also have clients from the surrounding states of New Jersey, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.
